I dream a dream my heart will keep
Throughout my rest my free mind soars
To where you are mine I am yours
And together we travel down life's long course
Filled with happiness and no remorse
And forever we'll be in each other's embrace
As we go through life at our own steady pace
Pausing only time enough to take place in a search
To find wonderful things we may endure from our perch
Upon the wings of life's eagle so gracefully spread
We start to find a place where only moments ahead
Where everyone's happy and will never be alone
And not one person's heart is made up of stone
Where no one is cruel and everyone shares
And hate can't exist because everyone cares
Yet just before we get there before that first bend
The morning sun reveals itself and my dream comes to an end. Each and every time I sleep
I dream a dream my heart will keep
Throughout my rest my free mind soars
To where you are mine I am yours
