Where before I would,
Stand and watch,
And think of myself,
Alone.
Now I can,
Stand and watch,
And join in to be,
Together.

Who ever thought little me,
Lost in the crowds,
Could come to surface and be,
Happy and free?
Not me...
But it's true and here I am,
A miracle in the making,
No longer aching, no longer breaking.
No, now Ive got,
More ups thans downs,
And loving all around.
I can see the difference,
Inside me myself.
Same situation,
Different outcome,
I'm not the same girl,
It's best to be who I have become.
I can't imagine falling back,
I won't imagine doing that.
Here and now is where I'll stay,
For this day,
I love.

More Ups Than Downs

Where before I would,
Stand and watch,

Now I can,
Stand and watch,
