Reluctantly swallowing
It's ready to attack
Already it's weighing me down
Hope where have you gone???
No end to this never-ending cycle
No! I can't stop it
Put down the fork step away
Don't give in
Fat, calories... so much weight
Not again... can't go back
I won't let myself go back
Smash goes the plate
Pretty shattered china across the floor
The spell's being lifted
The bathroom my sanctuary
Purge, purge feel the urge?
Purge, purge, oh what a surge!
Chancing a glance in the mirror
What Am I doing???
Screeching laughter fills the room
Walls sneering and throw it back
Alone. Alone all so very alone
Weakness strikes. pathetic!
Tears spill . all that's left is emptiness
But still the job is complete... I'm safe
Until evil woos me back again

More, more shoving it in I go
Chew, chew, faster and faster
Reluctantly swallowing
It's ready to attack
Already it's weighing me down
Hope where have you gone???

hey, i think your poem is very well written. it makes me feel... i don't know the feeling... i hope you know what i mean...i can't explain it. keep writing!
