[bodytext] => I didn’t know how great life was
Til baron baptized my third eye
So I could see the truth I knew
But in my weakness was denied

The body holds our lives for ransom
In our minds the thoughts are random
Cells containers for our memories
Joints are blocking clearing energies

Walk on coals and feel the blisters
Hold the posture, feel it minister
Back is aching, eyes are crying
Past regrets and anguish rising

Don’t resist, just let the Tao flow
Knowing yoga knows how you go
Heal yourself physician guru
Teach the truth you know was made good

The penny dropped I hear it ringing
Be empowered on this journey
Boston Hong Kong New York Sydney
Thanks to peace and love Kalani
