showing something gone wrong.
Can make you change a path,
even help to make you strong.

Move your mind from the trivial,
to things of eternal worth.
Allow you to think clearly,
the purpose of your birth.

Turn confidence in the flesh,
to reliance on your faith,
in spiritual deliverance,
for one found short of grace.

Let you view things that transend,
this fleeting mortal life.
Produce humility and kindness,
replacing pride and strife.

Break chains of mortal mindset,
to strive for wealth and fame.
Help guide you on to glory,
Christs's dear fellowship to gain.

So, when you are a'hurting,
praise the Lord, you do.
For "all things work for good",
If Christ has died for you.

Wonderful poem. Just what I needed to hear today.
Pain cn be turned to immense profit.
Pain can be offered for the Greater Glory of God.
Pain gives true wisdom and humility,-
both an immense asset.
Marvellous poem this Lionel.
Thanks for sharing it with us.
Should be meditated on by everyone
Blessings
Elizabeth

Amen to end of poem..

Yes pain is not only complex, it is subjective.. its real.. its unique... pain is good when injured, so you know where the injury is.. pain is feeling, memories etc..
Pain can bring us to a union with God and He is approachable, a loving kind Father who is there for us in all of our pains, to comfort us.. lovely poem.. hugs.. raquelLeah
