Anger rushing out of my mouth
Why can’t I just be calm once again?
A loaded temper
Ready to fire
Shoot at my very own mother
A close friend of mine
Let my skin do the talking
Try to figure out what’s going on now!
No one ever figured me out
I let my thoughts pour out
I expressed them with nothing but truth!
I can’t do that anymore!
No one understood how I felt!
They all thought everything was my fault!
I know I need to control my temper
Keep my mouth shut
Speak in my head not with my tongue!
People wouldn’t listen anymore
They didn’t try to help
All they did was criticize
I stopped expressing myself with words from my tongue

Blood flowing through my veins
Anger rushing out of my mouth
Why can’t I just be calm once again?
A loaded temper
Ready to fire
Shoot at my very own mother
A close friend of mine

but, you have expressed your feelings in this poem... and try to keep it up!
i know how you feel about how hard it can be though!
i know this is about letting your feelings go through verbal and physical violence, but do you cut also? it's just the last line made this sound like you do?
i used to cut.
if you do then don't start!
