The marks are latterly left behind
From nothing but voices and images
Why do I see myself die
In my head its nothing but the truth
It kills me to see the one I love
Have to watch this happen
Watch me shake
Watch my eyes turn inside my head
Watch me stop breathing
The voices kill me
It hurts to sit there and watch
Nothing I can do
Nothing you can do
And it kills me to watch you hurt
Because of me

talk to someone. the first step is writing out your emotions, the second step is to talk about them. getting help is SO difficult, and the initial outpour of emotions you have when you start talking to a therapist is intense, but necessary.
keep writing out your thoughts like this, too, though. it keeps you in touch with what's going on, and helps you heal.
