moss covered stones,stepping stones
stones leading back,to past untold
grass covered banks,so crisp and green
littered here ,there-with bright colored
petals
fiesty fishes to nip ar your toes, hidden trea-sures under the stones, ever alert to danger in their midst.
tall ole trees,swaying in breeze,sheltering,
shading,ever watchful on all below,shielding
protecting from peering eyes. bright fallen
leaves,floating gracefully in the breeze
rustic ole bridge, now weathered and worn
forgotten by many,cherished by few
dreamily,remembering times long ago
resting now gracefully in the suns warming
grace
i sit here and gaze at history untold,at heartbreak and happiness, stories untold
lovers meeting,eyes shining,melting with
time in the past. neighbors ,bright cheery
hello's
take me back bridge, reveal you secrets
talk to me of days, known only by you,as
you've lain here in your past
gaze with me onward,as slowly i go,drawn
back time and again,to this quaint lttle
brook
