Not to force you to see
Strength is in the trees
When you least expect the beauty

So nature is grand
Not always happening as planned
I don't fully understand
But this is like land

A solid form in my memory
Telling me life isn't just reality
There are many cycles
Before the mind can tackle
On thoughts of new
with unsuggestion of the old

I want to be me
No path you seem to take, feels new
I just want to see
For thru your voice I feel used
Without the feeling of being free
I just wanna be
Like a tree
Just standing still
Witnessing the breaze
Fill my leaves
And I learn to breathe

I wanna be me
Not to force you to see
The beauty of reality
But the sanction in it

I wanna show you
49 days of awake

This is just another take

Don't worry, I know you hate me
But I am learning to breathe
I don't need your sympathy
Because I love to sing

Don't worry it will be okay
I don't like to smile
So you know it's not fake
I can walk the mile
Cause I don't wanna play
If you're goin' ta get angry
All the time

I really liked this - but was surprised by the turn to anger at the end - it was otherwise so
enchanting.

A solid form in my memory
Telling me life isn't just reality
There are many cycles
Before the mind can tackle
On thoughts of new
with unsuggestion of the old

Nice -

I love that verse paragraph. the simplicity of singing being enough. :-P maybe that's not what you meant, but I totally agree all the same. :-P and, I am totally going through all the emotions that poem invokes.
