I know... you don't understand it... Anymore... than I do... Why this is happening to you? Why life is being turned upside down... inside out... right now? Even your smile has faded to a frown... And the tears... They keep flooding your eyes Blinding you... as they fall down your cheeks ... to die.... Please tell me why? Oh... why? Does this life... bring so much heartache and pain? Please tell me why? Oh why? Does this life... drive one ... almost insane? Oh... please... can't you tell me why? Please tell me why... You just need to let go... somehow... Of all the little cares of your life... in the here and now... But this life... it keeps holding on... To a love that's strong... Grasping with it's clutches... And clawing at you... Until you can't cry anymore... Whoa... whoa... whoa ... oh... no.... You feel as though... Your heart is ready... Ready to explode... Overwhelmed with the emotions of a deep sorrowing pain... Life and death... They go hand in hand... Like they are playing a game... With an outcome... Where there's nothing to be gained.... Please tell me why? Oh... why? Does this life... bring so much heartache and pain? Please tell me why? Oh why? Does this life... drive one ... almost insane? Oh... please... can't you tell me why? Please tell me why... If only life will give you another chance... I think... maybe... you can get back... All the dignities lost... If you throw caution to the wind... And love more this time around... And in the end... Instead of feeling beat up on the ground... You'll feel like life... has never let you down... But... Whoa... whoa... whoa... oh... no... Here it comes again... Sneaking back into your life with barely a whisper in love's wind.... And it makes you buckle to your knees... With a weight of sorrows... a mile deep... And you begin to wonder...
