Array ( [sid] => 52943 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => walking the shore [time] => 2004-06-20 23:47:15 [hometext] => this is a poem i wrote to my girl on our 2nd anniversary.....she didn't like it [bodytext] => The day we met
I remember it so vivedly
I bumped into you at the mall
You asked me to walk with you
After that day you told me you'd call

I waited for a month
Finaly the day came
When my phone rang
I almost forgot about that day
As soon as i heard your voice
I remembered everything

Here we are two years later
I walk you along this beach
My arm accross your back
Everything feels right

I take you to the spot and we lay there holding eachother the whole night
When the sun came up
It made your skin shine
You were brighter then the sun
Your smile lights up my world

I hope we are still together in another two years
I will love you for the rest of time

Who could not love the romantic flare of this magical piece. As a lover of the ocean and the belief that there is someone for everyone, this is just the ticket. June
