'Our security has been weakened,' the former ambassadors and four-star commanders said in a statement read at a packed Washington news conference. 'Never in the two-and-a-quarter centuries of our history has the United States been so isolated among the nations, so broadly feared and distrusted.'

The sharp public criticism of President Bush was striking, coming from a bipartisan group of respected former officials united in anger about U.S. policy. Among those who signed the statement are Adm. William Crowe, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Reagan and ambassador to Britain under President Clinton; and Marine Gen. Joseph Hoar, appointed by George H.W. Bush to lead U.S. forces in the Middle East.

You can say I don’t tell it like it is
But here are OTHER words that show
That Bush has alienated many
Those who speak are in the know

This brainless president
Has led you down a shameful path
Read the figures
Do the math

No WMD in Iraq
No terror links
No 9/11 help
The whole thing stinks

He has created anarchy
from a fearful day
He has ineptly lost
What was all to play

Just HOW wrong can one man be?
Enough to shame America
For one lifetime
Or to eternity?

Well, eternity is long
But his actions do ensure
The stigma of incompetence
Will outlive his tenure

He took a possible chance
Stemming from a dreadful day
He drove it into the dirt
Future generations now to pay

What a sickening loss
He has made of it all
And at terrible cost
America's rep to fall

It's overdue he was told
To fold up his sorry tent
This sad joke, this fool
This lame duck president

Don't worry you're not the only one with a lame duck leader, if you look closely you might see a permanant attatchment to George Bush's arse, he's called John Howard, the Australian prime minister.
