Surrounded by a sea of my unfallen tears
So close to drowning in innocent sadness
Possible saviors turning away in fear

No escape from the penetrating stares
Or that feeling of the soul's violation
No escape from the painful laughs
That remind you of the soul's starvation

Unable to remember the utopia
That once was a child's dreams
Lost somewhere between old and new
Trying to supress inside screams

Sadness dominating innermost thoughts
Thoughts that can drive you insane
Anger longing to escape the mind's lock
But held in by a proverbial chain

Slight changes causing confusion
Wishing time would mercifully slow down
Hoping to eventually let go
Hoping to escape the mind's bounds

A moment in time when hope is all you have
And reality tries to pull you away
Trying to remember utopian dreams once had
Praying infinitely that hope might stay

A light from the dark corners of the mind
Unhappiness becoming less known
Hope has us holding on
Thinking that maybe we're not alone [comments] => 4 [counter] => 193 [topic] => 64 [informant] => UnfallenTears [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => ukrainian [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => ambiguous )

Well, my dear, your tears may be unfallen, but your talent shines through.....you have the ability to create emotion in others, so that their tears are not few.
This is a very revealing write.......and is an extention of your heart!
You have a beautiful one!
Enjoyed this very much
