[title] => Emaciate the Suffering
[time] => 2004-06-14 08:26:24
[hometext] => This poem deals with the twisted logic of starving your illness. I guess when I havn't eaten in a long time I feel like maybe I can starve this...sickness that makes me feel so useless. And maybe then I can cut deep enough to finish what I've started.
[bodytext] => I think I’ve finally found a compromise To all the disease trapped on the inside. If I starve it from within I will finally spill the sadness from my veins. And maybe you’ll finally find happiness, If I emaciate my flaws. I promise I’ll only cause just one more scar. If this illness dies from lack of substance I can destroy it for good. I can destroy me for good. I can rid myself of all this insanity. And maybe then your criticisms will run short. I think I’ve finally found a compromise.
