I've known for a while that it's over, That I've just been lingering on, I'm tired of being a shadow, It's time for me to be gone. I'll always be here to guide you, I'll always be here to hold your hand, I just have to leave a little bit earlier, Just a bit earlier than I planned, Please remember when it's raining That I'm thinking just of you, And remember to do all the things That we promised that we'd do, I know that it is hard on you, I know that you're feeling pain, But please remember because of the sun, We have to have the rain. Life is hard, we have to face it, And though mine is almost through, Tomorrow when you're grieving, remember this, I'm always here with you.
