She said that she loves me,
From a heart that is pure.
My soul is just soaring,
For I love that girl.

Love should be simple,
And free of despair.
For I’d simply follow,
That girl anywhere.

She glued back together
A shattered torn heart.
And let me now know,
That we weren’t meant to part.

She told me I needed
To stop reading between lines.
For upon analyzing,
I get it wrong every time.

Strength I shall gather,
To stand back on my feet.
Put behind all the trembling,
And all the tears I did weep.

She told me she loved me!
The healing has begun.
Those three magic words,
Became the light from the sun.

To The Girl Who Relit My Hearts Flame.

She said that she loves me,
