With my head down
And when even despair dies
The senses fade, the soul cries

Too small is the room
In my body and mind
There is infinity of sadness, loneliness, grief, misery, despair
Worse than the worst somewhere
Where will my glee be?
That bliss I miss and all I see

I like this. It's similar to one I wrote, too. I like how it ends with a question.
Grief like this can be very hard. Thhe only answer I can give is, follow the Light. There's grief in doing so, but the life comes back.
