her smile is as wide as smiles could be
her eyes are dead from misery
her hearts been broke way too many times
her thoguhts invaded, by suicide rhymes
her ears cant hear of love
or a better day
crazy it seems to all of us
but poor little girl,
shes got no-one to trust
so red is a color she sees very much
as she drags a razor acrros her skin
every other day or such
pain is what she eats, breathes, and sleeps
tears stream down her cheeks
pain is also what she weeps
its raining all around her,
her world a cold, damp place
but if she opens her eyes and listens
with her heart
she will see an angel`s face
only then will she realize that rain
has never been so beautiful before
only then will she realize her
angle wings can sore
only then will she see that belief
ends all misery
and her eyes that were once dead
will liven up with beauty

I, too, can see her. Your description has left me awestricken. Really fantastic.
And, of course, I MUST commend you on these lines:
...only then will she realize that rain
has never been so beautiful before...
Rain.... *sigh*
Bravo and encore with this one.
Lotsa love and peace be with you,
Chelsea

I once knew a girl just like this, who was so all alone........but she left me without a note, and on to other things did float.......leaving me lost and alone, once upon a time.
Nice poem, brings back memories.
