If you wish me to forgive you that's not what I'll do
Something inside me has told me to forget
I am free of guilt I am free of regret

Listen closely to what I say
You are the one who drove me away
If I were to forgive you it would not be the same
Never again will I call you by name

Though today when I saw you I felt a resurgence of hate
Something about you makes me irate
I can not explain it maybe it is because of your lies
Or how you failed and left your family behind

Listen closely to what I say
You are the one who drove me away
If I were to forgive you it would not be the same
Never again will I call you by name

You forsook all that you once knew to be true
So what did you expect me to do
My life is a pattern of broken trusts
You have betrayed me and apologies aren't enough

Listen closely to what I say
You are the one who drove me away
If I were to forgive you it would not be the same
Never again will I call you by name

I hate your life and what it represents
I hate how you lied to our real parents
I hate how you treat me as if I do not exist
I hate how you make me always feel *****

Forever you're worthless
Forever you've failed
I will make no amends
For you are not real
No longer my sister
No longer my blood
I will now forget you
And finally feel good

I have to wonder what your sister did this time John. Great write. I loved the last 2 verses.
