I cannot see the golden rays
That once settled apon the waters
Warming it for swimming sake
Where has the sun gone?
It seems though the skies are gray
The only thing that is promised lately
Its the same buckets full of rain
Where are you off to, young man?
And then i realized he left to find the sun
Maybe he too noticed its dissapearance
And wanted to be loved by someone
I'll unhitch the trailor
We can leave our weight behind
As we start a quest to find the sun
And a race against time

Interesting and topical.

I hate grey skies - they give me sore heads.

I like the fleeting nature of your thought pattern, it works well here.

Keep writing.
