As for writing poetry, for me, it's been a long time
you befriended my four little ones, and have shown them you care
restoring their faith in women, for which a long time had not been there
tis a long story how they lost it, and here I will not pursue
these words are for me to say, Carrie, from my heart..... I thank you

This is something I have just written on the quick to thank a young lady that has befriended my children. It's a long story, but they had lost faith in females due to the female who should be dominant in their lives appearing to not be interested in them at all. By being a friend, even in a short time, Carrie has shown them that this is not generalised to all females, and I have been seeing little changes for the better within my children in this respect over this short time. For this, I thank her very much.
