I don't know what to do anymore
it's just coming at me like a train
while I'm stuck in the tracks,
I just don't know how to get away,
Please help me to understand
Just how you feel
cause I'm no mind reader
I always feel like I'm intruding
on this life your supposed to have
A life that used to be filled with hopelessness
that seemed like a never ending road
with no one passing
to help you find your way
the road ended when we met
I thought it had
but your filled again
with that same hopelessness
driving you back into the ground
I want to find a way to help you out
but I can't help you
If you won't help yourself
I thought I could help you
but you don't seem to want help
I don't know what to do
I'm still trapped in the train tracks
With the train coming at me
and I don't know how to get away

I think you express yourself well. Depression is a difficult thing to overcome, and especially impossible for anyone else to help you out of. You were able to relay that hopelessness well.

Well Written....you can't save those who do not want to be saved...get off those tracks before the train wrecks.
