sweat is forming at the corners of my palm

This is brilliantly writen and yes, I think it does speak for itself. I'm not one to judge as I do the very same myself and god how i've heard that "Deeper...a little deeper"

I hope you manage to restrain yourself from doing too much damage but cutting in itself can be so beautiful and the scars can be a work of art.

Good luck to you and I hope things get better. If you ever need to talk just PM me

Take Care
- Becca

This speaks to me in a lot of ways. I know the pain and agony of this issue. But once you start it is very hard to stop! I know!

Your words spoke volumes to me also, as I know how hard it is to stop this, but I have managed it and I know that if I can then others can too, they just have to find that inner courage and strength, keep looking you will find it..... the poem was very hard hitting and desreves no less than 5/5

takecare

incredible description-- both of the act as well as the mentality. i can't tell you how many times i've heard those very words echoing in my head... isn't it ironic how carefully we cut, when the very slashing is destruction? (but so beautiful at the same time). btw, thanks for the comments on my poems
