cold and scared, my mind drifts,
sways to a place, warm and bright
filled with happiness and love,
SNAP! back again, reality,
dull and drab, damp, slow breath,
the slow, pounding, of my heart
beats against my ribs, shaking,
fingers twitch with anticipation,

heart beats faster, it will be over,
I see my table layed
bottles of drink - my posion
stashes of pills - my saviour
together they will complete me,
save me from myself,
I write down my last words,
you are reading now,
heart forgets to pump, miss a beat
I take them quick, followed by drink.

spaced out, my existance is bleack,
fading now, slowing down, time,
ticking, counting tocs,
eyes glazed, pupils big,
world turning grey,
my tourture is over,
life - complete,
a complete failure.
