Array ( [sid] => 50112 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Ex-Boyfriend's Poem--Cheating Love [time] => 2004-06-02 12:55:49 [hometext] => I wrote this poem about my ex-boyfriend, and theres no date sadly so I would say this was a few years ago. I thought it was pretty good, so I had to put it on here! Enjoy! Comments please!! [bodytext] => Why do we constantly play ourselves like this?
Do we really think there’s more to what already exists?
Do we actually believe this will last forever?
Or was it all ended for the better?
Did we really cheat ourselves out of it?
Or maybe we consumed every little bit.
Did it end up where we pushed each other away?
In return making us wish for one more day?
Or maybe we never found the truth in it...
Did we really hit and miss?
Or is that we could find no other...
That we keep coming back to each other?
Or maybe our book has come to it's final chapter,
No more happy ever afters.
I think it's over,
We ruined it for each other,
Maybe it's finally time to find another.
Our love keeps playing the same old song,
We took it all for granted,
Because we kept trying to hold on.
A love that now is broken and scarred,
All because we took advantage too far.
Or maybe we will just never change...
In the end we only have ourselves to blame.

That was very sad, but I liked it. I hope there still will be some good times left for the two of you to share. Even if it is just as friends. Good writting!
