[bodytext] => Why did you leave me? Why did you run away? Why couldn’t you face me like a man? Why did you ignore my phone calls? Why didn’t you say goodbye? Why did you leave me with all these unanswered questions? Why did you steal my heart? Why did you push me away? Were you getting too attached? Were you getting scared? Were you trying to save both of us from hurt? Were you just afraid of loving someone and not being loved in return? Were you trying to save me from pain for when you went back overseas? Were you trying to spare us the heartache of being apart? I don’t buy it! I still don’t get why you ran away I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want to be loved I want to know why we ended the way we did I remember the last time we talked It was the day you were flying home You said you would miss me and to call me That was the last from you I heard From the day you got on that plane Was the day my heart started to break I didn’t know what was happening I thought I did something wrong But maybe it was you? What is wrong with loving someone? Did I mean nothing to you? Did you ever care about me? Did you ever love me? Didn’t you know I loved you? Didn’t you know I cared? Didn’t you know you shattered my heart once you were no longer there? I gave you my heart, you’ve had it in your hands till this very day You went from handling it with care to tearing it apart I would’ve done anything for you I spent hundreds of dollars and drove hundreds of miles just to see you for a few days Ever since the night you tore my heart apart I’ve still sat here thinking about you…. Missing you…. Loving you….. I want so much to see you again But I’m scared! Scared of what you may or may not do Will you hug n kiss me and apologize for all the things you did? Or will you just ignore me as if I’m invisible and I never meant anything to you? You don’t know how much I wish I could run to your arms for safety To be held tight knowing everything will be fine as long as you are here To feel special and loved, like I used to with you To look into your eyes once again I would do anything to see you again To figure out what went wrong and make it right For I still love you and think about you every day Not a day goes by that you don’t cross my mind at least once Don’t be scared to love and care for me if you are As much as I wish I could see you tomorrow, even for a moment I know I probably never again will But here I will be sitting, missing you still.
