The first time I met you
It was a beautiful summer day
I just got off my motorcycle
From a ride in the country

You come walking by
To get to the beach
You were wearing
A pink bikini top
With blue jeans shorts
And Faded Glory sandals

Your long dark hair
Was hanging free

You fell and I rushed over
To see if you were alright
You smiled
I help you up
But your ankle was sore

I picked you up
And carried you
To my motorcycle
And placed you on the seat

You could not stop saying thank you
You were finally able to walk
I asked if I could accompany
You to the beach
And with delight

You said yes
We talked about
All kinds of things

I asked you out to dinner
And you said
As long as you
Pick me up
On your motorcycle
Okay than it’s a date

I picked you up at 7:00 pm
Right on the dot
You’re sitting on your porch

We don’t go to a fancy restaurant
But we go to a nice diner
Come to find out
We have a lot in common

From then on we’ve been dating
Now I am here
In front of friends and family
And family to be

To give you my love
For eternity

That from this day forth
It’s only going to be
You and me
And I am proud to
Pronounce you as
My wife.
