No one comes to dig her up theres no where safe to go

She doesnt want to explain she will keep these things inside
No one comes to get rid of the horror that she hides

She has been bruised and battered from the voices in the wind
No one comes to pick her up cause she is just a thing

Maybe if she became another flower and live a thin disguise
No one comes to see the new so whats the point in lies

Her petals are falling off slowly she is withering with pain
No one comes to help her this rose is dying of shame

To weak to even life her head to see if things have changed
No one has done nothing to make this life less strange

Laying in the dirt and stone this wilting rose has died
No one even comes to see to say sorry they never tried [comments] => 4 [counter] => 198 [topic] => 39 [informant] => bleeding_chains [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Grief )
