with no purpose, just searching...
When I look up, I see you.
I lose my sense. You smile, I blush.
my heartbeat begins to Race, trying to
break free, trying to bring me to you,
my heart knows, I know. I move closer,
you lean in, I close my eyes,
everything stops... We fall,
deeper and deeper. holding on to
nothing but each other, keeping one
another alive. I breathe, You exhale,
my heart beats, Your blood pumps.
Suddenly we crash, we walk away, The
world mangled behind us. Our former
lives dead..I look at you a little scared..."Is this heaven?" you ask,
then I look at you, You smile,
I blush, we know. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 176 [topic] => 2 [informant] => Rosie [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

Like Daniela said, beautifully written. A fantastic description of love's simple and sweet beginnings. Perfectly done and it captured love so very well . . . I loved the part that said,

"We fall,
deeper and deeper. holding on to
nothing but each other, keeping one
another alive. "

Excellent job.
