this mascarade has got to stop
Through your tainted smile
I can see nothing but denial

You've peirced my heart
with your dirty dart
Too blind to see the bleeding
you keep on proceeding

I see you searching for yourself
I hope you're not too late or else
Your screams are silent
but your fury is violent

You are so trapped inside
you can't break this cage even if you tried
I scream and plead with you
but you just pass right through

I mean nothing
but I use to be something
Something to you
I was a friend that was true

A friend who was true
once told you
You can do anything
just keep on believing

But you lost hope
you feel so broke
I just want you to know
it's okay to have your true emotions show [comments] => 5 [counter] => 151 [topic] => 32 [informant] => Colleen [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

Your poetry is very direct. I like the fact that yu dont try to hide yur word behing complex metaphors and sybols. Altho sometimes I can't quite catch the rythem in yur poems, so to me some of them don't flow. Then agin I've always been a bit odd. Luv yur work. *Geykya*

A little hard to catch the rhythm but I feel this is lack of understanding by me. I am sure if you read this I would completely see it. Overall not a bad job at all. In fact, it is quite good.
