Sorry if I make you cry
Sorry that I seem to hurt you that way
I’m sorry that I keep apologising to you, but I’m sorrier that I don’t mean it
You turn grey and pathetic
I watch you, a beautiful disgrace
Maybe I didn’t mean what I said
A little girl named “Emotion” was found in my back yard yesterday- dead
I gunned her down with my gun full of hate
Apathy’s my lover, empathy had to wait
I’d love to drown you in kerosene
Set you alight, my jealousy’s hot enough wouldn’t you say?
You’d smell damn good
You reek of the scent of low self esteem
I’ve nothing left for you to redeem
In the shadows I heard her cry
My favourite mistake, wilt and die
Cold hearted fool
You really think you’d die for me?
That you’re trapped in a rich painting, titled “suicide”?
Sorry I seem to hurt you that way
But I would never die for you
How cold hearted of me
Loyalty resurrected Emotion today
I think I just felt my heart beat
I just felt my heart beat, it only beats for you
I felt my heart beat and rise above the dirt
It only beats for you but it hurts
