devastated from my past, in constant fear of futures untold risks.
Reality says anything can happen, any day. The good;
so easy to handle; The bad, "for someone weakened in spirit,
battered by life’s pain and misfortunes, can undergo a total submission of all reality.Tragedy has strange and varied effects on different people. Some individuals may pull through with their mentality virtually intact. For others, possibly weak in spirit, mentally trying events may send one spiraling downward, becoming lost forever in
their seemingly protective psychosis.

I've hid from the light of reality to avoid the darkness of truth.

I've tried running from my painful realities, causing not mental retribution, but mental deterioration.
I've experienced twisted flashbacks create
by tragedies pungent truths.
I ran from the fear of my chancy reality, only to create a world
where my thoughts were distorted.
A desperate spirit, trapped in paranoid psychosis .
This scared soul ran deeper into the darkness,
deeper into the realm of my dangerous subconscious.
A last and futile effort was put forth in hopes to resurrect my
damaged and fear filled mind.
To perhaps live again without my twisted fears.
I've envisioned myself returning to realities light.
Desperately, I dreamed I was strong enough to appear in the light, though awoke in the seemingly,
Never ending and inescapable world of unexplained thoughts.
Thoughts created by this tragedy stricken weak and exhausted mind.
I escaped from the grasp of realities truth into the
realm of my paranoid imagination.
Imagination running wild, unable to be tamed,
unstoppable. Created was an inner ego.
This weak spirits only defense
mechanism against life’s fears and misfortunes.
I fled from realities light, to avoid the
darkness of truth and became lost forever.
What was supposed to be a peaceful sanctuary from fear, became a never ending; nightmare; Never to awake.
I don’t know what is scarier, living in fear, or running forever and becoming trapped in this protective hell.

Another victim of Tragedies Reality.

If you are experiencing a problem with mild or severe depression,
Try to remember that life is beautiful,
Don't take anything for granted. Try to think optimistically..

Thank you for sharing this. I could not have given any better advice myself. Your trials and tribulations might save some other person from repeating the same sad mistakes..

Love,
Rita
