Where teardrops fall

And all your lies resound

I cannot hide
Deep inside

The sounds are to profound

I think again
Of all your sin

And see you do your deeds

I feel you so
Deep in my soul

And you ignore my needs

I call to you
And yet you do

Nothing that I ask

You simple stay
Hidden away

Behind your favorite masks

I only want
You not to taunt

And tease me like you will

Because I know
Because you show

It’s how you get your thrills

I only long
Where I belong

Tucked inside your arms

Where I shall stay
As days pass way

Safe from outside harm

And yet it seems
Awake or in dream

You lie just out of grasp

But I will try
Until I die

To feel you souls warm clasp

But if I don’t
Or if you won’t

Open up your heart

Alone ill stay
For all my days

Forever torn apart.... [comments] => 4 [counter] => 283 [topic] => 22 [informant] => holderofthestone [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

Nice! "forever" though is a very long time... trust in yourself and in time. You'll find the right someone and when you do - you won't need to ask for anything, it will be given to you without an ounce of hesitation.
*** Thanks for your note on "There in..." - much appreciated!

I like the way you wrote this, almost like the broken up lines represent the fragments of your heart... If all these poems are based on real experiences it sounds like you've had it rough. But I feel you.
