Watch the red blood spill
As the giving one
Receives pain again
You can't understand
What the pained go through
Not anyone else
Only they will know

It's their eyes
That hide their pain
It's our eyes
That never search
Within them
Surfacing deep
The anguish
Deep within them
The source of anguish
Deep within them

They try to reach out
But denied by everyone
Watch the wet tears spill
As you; the receiving one
Denies the pain's flow
You ignore the surface pain
Surface has consumed
Everyone around you
You just keep looking away
You deny their self
Forgetting everyone else
It's their eyes that shine
Narcissus' vain idea

It's our eyes
That give up hope

It's our eyes that spill forth
The flood of tears
It's our self that spill forth
The flood of blood
The pain's wrath
It's our eyes
That have looked upon you
And discovered
It's futile
A futile glance of hope
Last glance to you
