(Smiling)
The wind slowly blows your hair,
Across your face so pure.

(Laughing)
The Sun beats gently on us,
As we dance in the fields of daisies.

(Anger)
The world turns its back,
For our arrogance arises,
Closing our minds,
Leaving no room for reason.

(Crying)
Fearing for my life,
The sky flashes with lightning,
The ground shakes with terror.

(Hoping)
I sit here alone,
Wishing I could change,
What has allready happened,
To repair the damage I've caused.

(Forgiving)
The clouds roll away,
Sadness turns to joy.
As we are reunited in each others arms,
Filled with saftey and comfort.

(Learning)
Each day,
Our relationship grows,
Gathering up what has happened in the hours past,
Remembering what was good,
Fixing all that was bad...

An Emotional Day

(Smiling)
The wind slowly blows your hair,
Across your face so pure.

nice write. It really works with each verse {titled}.

While every care is taken to ensure the general sites content is family safe, our moderators cannot be in all places; all the time. Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url).
