Array ( [sid] => 47888 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => patient information leaflet [time] => 2004-05-17 09:25:04 [hometext] => was reading the paperwork that came with my anti-depressents. it left me with a choice; die of fear, or, make some humour of it, and entertain others. I chose the latter! [bodytext] => swallow with plenty of water, before, with, and after meals,
side effects may include dizziness, a rash, increased heart rate, the chills,
haemmorhage, fits, vomiting, difficulty in walking up hills,
ringing in the ears, even hearing invisible drills,
if you should suffer any of these, tell your doctor immediately how it feels,
and the chances are he'll make an alteration to your next assignment of pills.

lack of orgasm, dry mouth, panic attacks, hallucination,
sleeplessness, indigestion, nervousness, palpitation,
muscle spasm, production of breast milk, fainting, depersonalisation,
swelling of the testicles, sensitivity to light, apathy, hyperventilation,
liver disorder, problems passing water, diarrhoea, constipation,
if you should suffer any of these, tell your doctor, and please, STOP YOUR MEDICATION!! A most brilliant write. I myself take medicamenten for my Parkinson Disease. I have made it a rule never to read the paper work. I too have read of the adverse symptons and it took a lot of persaion from my lovely wife to get me to take even the neccessary tablets. Top marks for innovation.

bernard.

Not only side effects while you're taking it - if you take it long enough there can be side effects when it wears off. I took an antidepressant for a year and when I stopped I started having panic attacks that took over five years to go away. But they do go away...

Yeah, it seems like they want to scare you, but what they are really doing is trying to cover their butts.
