You say that I've changed in bad ways
You don't like me anymore and I don't blame you
I never liked me in the first place.
You ask me questions about what was
what died a while ago.
I'm no longer yours
Not your little pet
And you say I've changed in ways you don't like
You don't want me anymore
It's either take these changes and make everyone hate me
or sit and cry until I can't take it anymore
and there's no coming back
and I play with my blades, into my skin I hack so roughly
Now I'm in love with dying
and I've got no one left but me. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 164 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Destiny [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Wow, talk about power poetry . . . sounds like you're going through rather a tought time. If you ever want to talk, my email's on my account page.

That said . . .

Beautiful, well written poem. Some of this was just so poignant . . .

"You don't like me anymore and I don't blame you
I never liked me in the first place."

--wow.

It's like you've managed to gather up your pain and diffuse it into this poem . . . and for that you have my compliments, applause, and congratulations.

--Nora

This was incredibly powerful.
Very nice job conveying it.
