We seemed so strong, but still we’re frail.
Never again will we laugh and smile,
We’ll fall and ponder, was it all worthwhile?
The best that could happen now it seems,
Is to fly away at night on moonbeams.
We will never see a true free world,
But maybe you will in a new dream world.
And as the passage comes to an end,
It almost feels as though we’ll ascend.
Yet as I speak the dark envelops,
And where we are heading there are no slipups.
The end is near, and yet I’m afraid,
But I hope its fast and not delayed.
I’ve reached the end, I know it now,
And only one message they will allow.
It’s time to die, and time to fly,
I wonder if they will hear my cry.
I wish I had never come here now,
Please end strife now, give me your vow.
