It takes corners like a puma,

We know this cos they showed us
A demo film in the shop.

You see, this is London,
It's always faster to walk,
In fact you'd make more progress,
In a boat made out of chalk.

Nevertheless you get them,
Those like my uncle who try to be "bad"
He tells me sometimes "it was worth it"
(My uncle can't help being mad)

He's convinced his beauty
Awards him with womens smiles,
Still, in 30mins, it only does 10
And that's 10 metres, not 10 miles.

Fast Cars, Slow City

My uncle has a ferrari,
Red and boy can it go,
Although we've only seen it

this is sooooo funny! LOL really made me laugh! cleverly written ! makes me feel sorry for you though when u ride in it ...oh sorry i didnt mean ride i meant crawl :P LOL just kidding! very well written I really enjoyed this poem!

I have a friend who's the same, in fact it's worse, he owns a car he NEVER drives cos he doesn't want to get it damaged!
