[time] => 2004-05-10 10:40:27 [hometext] => Written for my nephew his friend passed away in a fire he was only 20 years old!I wrote this for him as though he wrote the poem about his friend! [bodytext] => I can't believe your gone so fast,
I just talked to you the other day,
But my memories of you will forever last,
that cant be taken away,
We grew up together,
hanging out & having fun,
staying up playing Monopoly till late,
making plans on things that need to be done,
talking about girls we wanted to date,
Our Graduating pictures our moms made us do,
will stick in my mind forever,
In our caps & gowns, just me & you,
Is something I will treasure,
I can't grasp a hold that my friend is gone,
It just does'nt seem fair,
Your life here was'nt that long,
but our memories will always be there.

Chirstina, my heart goes out to you and your family. This is quite a tragedy. This is such a sentimental write. *S* Cynthia
