[bodytext] => ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Forgotten Mother She’s looking out the window Thru eyes of memory Remembering long ago mornings � When the children needed me� Oh how she remembers The chaos of every morn The hustling and bustling The frustrations and scorn Children arguing every morning As they’re drug from their bed Oh yes she relives All those memories in her head A quickly waved goodbye As the bus passes from sight A golden tear trickling from an eye A prophetic insight Where are her children? Why have they been so long away? Have they really forgotten her On this their Mothers Day?
