They stole our dignity
and gave us false sympathy
In turn we killed the innocent
What does this solve?
Who does this help?
Not me, Not you.
Is this a government pleasure?
Do they enjoy this?
Get rid of the problem,
not the problem's neighbors
Women and children did not tear our nation apart
Why punish them?
Why make them suffer, but allow the bearer of our sadness to roam free-spirited?
Destroy the problem at hand
and rid us of innocent casualties
The path back to normalcy does not include killing others for no aparent reason,
so why do we make it out this way?
