[bodytext] => Running together like two lovers kissing for the very last time. Our hearts pumping, thumping, keeping in time, never breaking the rhyme. I do not want to give this up, running our souls are in twined. With sweat dripping down my back like an ice cube melting in the heat of the sun. An innocent sensuality shared as we push our bodies to point of breaking. I would run with you for hours miles and years, to share what we share as our feet beat upon the earth. Lost in our own thoughts or conversations with each other, bodies trembling with exhaustion, our love affair with running has come to an end. Life may cruelly strip us apart, but an aching heart; remember that for a time we shared the bounds of kinship, that we will always have The Running.
