I do not see you eye to eye
I do not see you eating you pie
I am not scared of a caboose
I cannot ryhme like Doctor Suess
But I can stand alone and proud
And I can speak my word aloud
I can even tell you what I think
Or even why I write in ink
I can tell you who I am
And why I think that I love ham
But I cannot tell who you are
Or why you stare up at the stars
Or why you smile so big and bright
Whenever you go out at night
I can only wonder who
Is reading this and thinking too
Who am I and who is he?
And this is a long rhyming spree

nice writing. i liked the part with doctor suess for some reason. i guess its because no one can never rhyme like him, or invent words such as he has done. |
