Array ( [sid] => 4577 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Poet Of No Words [time] => 2002-10-03 22:15:00 [hometext] => I met a boy named Kano- the rune for flame. Has all kinds of crazy ideas, that's a fascist for you. but in all our talks of "Heaven" and such higher consciousness, I never understood why this perfect place that he wanted to be in so badly and was working so hard to get to still had a caste system. Maybe I'm just a girl, but I don't know why men must always rule over other men...or beings over other beings. Maybe I'll never understand. It just seems to me that eternal peace doesn't need to be this way, those always seem to be the rules of the game though, and I can never get past them. It makes me sad. [bodytext] =>
Kings will be fools, and poor men, prophets.
Prophets will burn on a king's broken will.
Why walk the lands of no man's heaven?
To question each second makes my soul be still.
Something unknown in the distance.
Something unknown in the now.
Only my need drives my foreword, to capture forever...somehow.
Kings perish with poets and prophets.
Warriors bleed for heaven's defeat.
Go back to eternal convictions.
As false as the dirt on your feet.

heaven... my thoughts on that idea are a bit rusty since it hasn't been too much on my mind as of late, but lets just say i know i want to go there when i die. as fer working hard to get there, my Bible doesn't say you hafta do that... so i hold to what it says, and follow along with the kings and prophets and poets; hopefully we will all find our way. good write, it made me think. kudos! ;0)
