The poem is about my FOR REAL feeling. its really how i feel. Im trying to tell my bff something but i cant and its depressing me and dragging my spirits for not being honest with her. i wanna tell her but cant [bodytext] => Ho can i say
what i feel,
to the person
i think i can trust?

Everytime i go to say it,
something else comes out.
And then when i
think its the right time
to try and say it again,
someone else is always there.

How am i supposed
to get these
supressed feelings
to go away?

If i try to go on,
like i dont even care,
its just like doing
an impossible dare.

Im gonna break down,
no matter how hard i try,
There is no anger,
but a feeling to die.

I cant go on,
the build up is too strong,
im gonna go insane
unless i can finally
tell you someday.

But until then,
i go on wondering,
if you dont listen,
and i cant tell you,

Ho can i say

i had this problem not to long ago..i hld it in for a long time and everytime i tried to tell my bf it wouldn't come out..so i told him to tell me to tell him something important next time we were alone...he reminded me and i couldn't back out of it,i told him and i fell much better noe and hes able to understand times when i'm upset.......good luck with u though and it was a good write

I've had this feeling so many times. The best way I know to do this is just do it! Sounds so simple I know.........just do it.........don't think about it..........you don't even have to write it down. Just tell it all.......very fine.

yes, i got it all out in the open with my friend and she understood, we are even closer friends now! But im having the same problem with a different sitution with my boyfiend........uh oh! Its way harder to tell him and i need someone to pm with to talk about it with ...please help someone!
