Like a great big suprise,
But this suprise keeps you awake at a constant pace,
Of weeks on end.

Sometimes it clouds your mind,
And sometimes you want to tear out your hair,
Because your thoughts are so racey,
You've got no time to breathe.

If I could colour it,
I would paint blacks, reds, and the most important blue.

The black would represent my living hell, full of hopeless nights and endless days,
Red would be the colour of blood dripping from my limbs,
And blue would be the colour of the sky as I'm being lifted up out of this non stop hell.

this is very sad but written well.
Maybe your Dr. can help u get on meds that will make u feel much better. Many people on this plaet have to take meds. I take Zooloft and amatriptylene. It certainly slows down the thoughts so u can concentrate.
Hope u get to feeling better soon.
luv, huggs, faith, hope,
emy

Hi,
My names jessika. I am a member and i wanted to tell you that i live with my stepbro whos bipolar. He really struggles with it and is very sad at times. Sometimes i hate it so much! Because it effects my life too. He is so inconsiderate, i just don't know what to do. But he really needs someone who understand him. If you can write me back maybe you two can talk about it. He is 20 and still lives here. I just want him to get better....
