Never have I meant to hurt,
Never was I to cause pain,
The jewel in the fire,
The ice of the rage,
She knew of what I am
And of what I possess.
To truly hate me, you hold something close
To the heart of what we both share
You must hate yourself as we are one

Apologies are probably one of the hardest things to say to someone.... this was one of the most beautiful poems I have read... A true masterpiece!!
