The blind try to hide
Behind you
Caught in the trap
Not knowing they lack
They find you
Darkness with fall
An they'll never recall
A morning
All light will fade
The plight that you made
Their mourning

Prince of darkness, prince of pain
No longer will you reign
Cling to the crown that disappears
Cling to the night as dawn draws near
And watch the stars as they fall down
Feel the Light that burns you to the ground
Where can you run to now?
Where can you hide away?

Entwined inside
They find you have lied
All this time
But no more will they fall
This time they will crawl
From their crimes
And they'll turn to the Light
No more will they fight
So start running
All darkness draw back
'Cos love's back on track
And He's coming

Prince of darkness, prince of pain
No longer will you reign
Cling to the crown that disappears
Cling to the night as dawn draws near
And watch the stars as they fall down
Feel the Light that burns you to the ground
Where can you run to now?
Where can you hide away?

Prince of Peace, Prince of Love
Forever will You reign above
And down here on earth
May Your Kingdom come
May Your glory shine down
May Your people be one
Oh, where can satan run to now?
Where can he hide away?

reading this poem brought a smile to my face, reading about Satans defeat. I like how you called him the prince of darkness and compared him to the night..."watch the stars as they fall down", etc. =) great message =)
