over what to choose
Trying to predict
will I win or lose
Do I choose my values
over the one I think I love
Do I let go
or is what I feel really enough
God, I need an answer from above

It's not exactly what
everyone might think
But I'm up to the point
where it's swim or sink
Do I open up my heart
or keep it in this time
Do I try to forget you
or pull some strings and make you mine
God, am I crossing the line

Both of these roads
have good reasons
But I can't be deciding
for so many seasons
Do I leave advice
already given behind
Do I rebel against the rules
or should I abide
God, I really need to know what's right

Give Him time. He always shows me the right answer if I wait patiently for Him.
A nice write. You certainly opened your heart here.

I'm not trying to tell you what to do, but I would like to share some of my experience in this very matter. I, too, wanted someone really bad, and made my choice. There have been many times when I have regretted it. It didn't take long for me to realize that I would have been happier if I had put God first. As long as He if first, then He will make the rest of your life work out for the best. This was a giant lesson for me. Maybe you can learn from my mistakes. I hope I have helped. Just pray sincerely for God's will to be done in your life.

I've Learned He May Not Answer You Right Off But Just Give Him A Little Time.... :-)
He Has Shown Me Plenty Of Right Answers But You Just Gotta Be Patient With Him...
I'm Not Trying To Tell You What To Do Or Anything So Please Don't Take It The Wrong Way...I'm Only Telling You From Experience...
You Have Really Opened Up Your Heart In This Beautiful Write.... God Bless You
